I love TFW! I don't have internet access at my two clubs so once or twice a week I make a deposit, save it to my jumpdrive and upload to Deposit Express from my home. Works great with Go Figure and there is only one database to keep up with. Customer support is awesome. I wish all software suppliers were as responsive...

I used TFW and am extremely pleased. It is essentially a front-end onto the processing houses... With TFW, you can use ANY CC or checking processing companies. I used TFW's recommended partners -- Paymentech (a branch of Chase) for CC and Alliance for ACH.
With TFW, you enter drafting data only ONCE and that is in GoFigure. When you update GoFigure, TFW gets updated. TFW encrypts the drafting info on your computer to protect your members -- in both the GoFigure and TFW systems. If your member is not being drafted by GF (e.g. Medical Hold), then she will not get drafted by TFW. With Deposit Express, you must enter the drafting info in DE and GF AND you must STOP DE from drafting for Medical Hold or transfer members.
TFW is really easy to use. I must admit that I am a bit anal in verifying deposits and reconciling my books. I was very spoiled with NAFFO. I am now very comfortable with the depositing/reconciling process but it took a bit of time to understand all of the pieces. From what I have heard, a) most Curves do not delve into the depositing/reconciling process as much as the former NAFFO users, b) DE has the same levels of details and steps as TFW, and c) all of the TFW Curves users I know are very happy.
